Freelance Social Video Portfolio
Each point below names the source it comes from and what that source actually says.
Upwork requires users to be at least 18 or the age of majority, TikTok creator-marketplace access is 18+, TikTok One creator access is 18+, and YouTube monetization requires the creator to be 18 or to have a legal guardian handle payments. Those sources support the access gate. They do not promise client demand or a stable income stream.
The public sources establish the work and platform gates, not a guaranteed path into a job. The stronger claim is a fair read from how portfolio-led creative work is evaluated: a hirer can inspect a reel, a shipped client deliverable, or a brief-to-result sample in a way they cannot inspect follower count alone. That is why the page treats this as proof-dependent rather than automatic.
The source set does not give a clean take-home range after unpaid pitching, revisions, software, client acquisition, platform cuts, and uneven demand. The page keeps the money directional and puts the main weight on portfolio proof.
There is no clean public conversion rate from social-video freelance work into social media, paid social, marketing, or editing jobs. The bridge is described through what can be inspected, not as a guaranteed outcome.
